51cg Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 51cg's services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 51cg platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 51cg platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- A resident or citizen of Malaysia who is eligible to use online services.
- Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by any local law or regulation from using services of this nature.
51cg reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time. Users who provide false information for registration or verification purposes may have their account suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 51cg platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
- Notify 51cg immediately if you detect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your banking details or email address.
Your 51cg account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except where you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them based on their location and jurisdiction.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 51cg platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in their own name. 51cg is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by users.
The following applies to all transactions:
- Deposits must meet the minimum limit set by your chosen payment method.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 51cg's internal verification procedures and the stated processing timeframes.
- 51cg reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.
- Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms of use as stated at the time they are offered.
51cg does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers for transactions made by users.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 51cg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 51cg makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
51cg is not responsible for:
- Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.
- Actions or content from third parties linked through our platform.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 51cg platform are the intellectual property of 51cg or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or exploiting such content without prior written consent.
The 51cg platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 51cg does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
51cg reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion for reasons related to legal and regulatory compliance.
Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Submission of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using more than one account simultaneously.
- Attempts to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities.
- Activities that violate the law or that could expose 51cg to legal risk.
- Unsubstantiated chargeback requests against legitimate transactions.
51cg reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 51cg platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
